About
Hello! My name is Susie (SusieQZ on Twitch), I am a stay-at-home mom, Twitch streamer, and digital artist. I have been creating digital art for over 4 years now, with an emphasis on emotes over the last 2 years. I can create emotes based on your character, yourself, or even other characters from pop culture! Feel free to contact me to brainstorm some ideas for your own personal emotes :)

Pricing
Pricing for emotes are listed here. Discounts may be given for multiple emotes, as reflected in the pricing below.You will receive your emotes in four sizes: 600x600px (full size best for automatic resizing), 112x112px, 56x56px, and 28x28px.Please note that I have a right to change pricing depending on the complexity and/or designs on the emotes. We will discuss each and everything about the emotes you are wanting to commission before agreeing to a set price!

Process
The process of commissioning emotes from me is really simple! Here is an example process below:1. You will contact me to start the emote commissioning process. Through this contact, we will talk about (in detail) what emotes you are looking for, characters, expressions, and pricing, as well as any questions or concerns you may have.2. Payment will be made. A payment of AT LEAST half the total cost will be required before I start the sketching process. This is to protect me as an artist and ensure for you that your emotes will be done in a timely manner.3. I will start the sketching process. Once the sketches are complete, I will send a sample panel to you for approval. This will ensure that your emotes are exactly how you like before I move on to the finalization of coloring and line work.4. After coloring and line work, I will then send a sample panel of the final emotes to you for your approval. Emotes are limited to only 2-3 minor changes each. You will receive your emotes after final payment is received.5. You will now be free to upload and use your emotes on Twitch! Congratulations!
FAQ and TOS
How long will it take to receive my emotes?
Depending on how many emotes you commission, my current wait time is 1-2 weeks (I will always update this section based on the current work load I have). Please keep in mind, though, that I am a stay-at-home mom and wife, so my family and "real life" will always come first. I will always keep open communication with you about the progress of your emotes!Why do you require at least half payment upfront?
I require at least half of the payment upfront to protect myself as a creator. If I don't accept any payment upfront, put a lot of work into creating someone's emotes, and then they decide they don't want them, that is a huge waste of time for me that I could have used creating other emotes for people who will pay. Requiring half payment also protects you as a buyer, it will ensure that I will follow through and complete your emotes to your satisfaction!Will you be able to stream the creation of my emotes?
Yes! I can absolutely stream your emotes live if you'd like to see the process of how I create them. However, I only do one art stream a week currently, so depending on my work load I may not be able to stream yours specifically. It depends on how many people would like their emotes streamed, and I will prioritize completing your emotes in a timely manner over streaming them :)
I have the right to decline any requests that may make me feel uncomfortable or I feel is out of my experience level.
All payments will be made through PayPal. This is a way to protect both of us as creator and buyer.
I have the right to with hold any finished emotes if full payment is not received.
Do not ask me to out-right copy someone else's work.
Do not re-sell, copy, or edit my emotes.
I require an emote attribution badge on Twitch, or at the very least a credit in your About section.
I have the right to cancel your commission if I feel we are not a good fit after all.
I have the right to post your finished emotes on my portfolio, social medias, or any other place I may advertise my emotes.
